Based on ServiceLive’s terms and conditions – an Accepted order is a legally binding contract between the Provider who accepts it and the Buyer that posts it.
When a Posted order is accepted by a Provider, multiple things happen:
- The order’s status changes to Accepted, and it automatically moves into the Service Order Monitor‘s Accepted tab.
- You can now go into the order and see the contact information for the Provider that accepted it.
- The order will remain in Accepted status, until the appointment window (date/time) arrives – then its status will change to Active and will automatically move into the Service Order Monitor’s Today tab.
