Pro Mobile App Settings

This lesson explains how to navigate to the ServiceLive Mobile App settings where you can view FAQs, Take a Tour, Change PIN, Logout, view Legal Documents, and Learn About the App.

Settings:

1. Tap Settings from Service Order List.

2. Tap Sync Pending Updates to sync Service Orders completed offline.

3. Tap Save Orders for Offline to allow Service Orders to be available when offline or out of cell service.

4. Tap Change PIN. Enter your new PIN and then Confirm your new PIN by re-entering it.

5. Tap Logout to logout of ServiceLive App.

6. Tap FAQ to be redirected to the ServiceLive Mobile App landing page with FAQ details.

7. Tap Take a Tour and navigate through the tour by swiping left or right on the screen. Exit the tour by clicking button.

8. Tap About the App to learn more about the ServiceLive Mobile App. This will give you information regarding the App version, types of devices supported, etc.

9. Tap Send App Feedback to leave feedback. See Send App Feedback lesson for more information.

10. Tap End User License or Privacy Policy to view ServiceLive legal documents.

• End User License Agreement- You accepted this agreement when you first downloaded the App.
• Privacy Policy- Click on this option to learn more about the ServiceLive privacy policy.
