Current Orders Link

This lesson explains how to manage Service Orders in Current Orders link.  All the Service Orders that have an ACTIVE Service Window are displayed. This link helps ensure that IVR compliance is met for Service Order arrivals & departures.  Current Orders link should display the number of Service Providers “out in the field” for service.  Refer to Using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response automated phone system) lesson in General course.

  1. When you login to ServiceLive, the Dashboard page will open.
  2. Navigate to the  current-order-button  link.
    • Click on  order-management-button  tab.
    • Click on  current-order-button   link from left navigation panel.
    • Indicates the number of open Service Orders for your Provider Firm on  current-order-button  link.
  3. Report Time on Site for a Service Order:
    • Click on drop down arrow labeled “Add Note”.
    • Click on  time-on-site-button  link.
    • Time on Site screen will display. Details about Time on Site Tab are available in Time on Site Tab (Active Orders Only) lesson in Complete and Close Service Order course.
