Inbox Link

This lesson explains how to manage Service Orders that are currently in ServiceLive. A Service Order at any stage of the life cycle can be found within the Inbox link. They are labeled in their current status and display next action required as indicated by the yellow action button. We recommend you to use the specific links to manage Service Orders and use Inbox link only to monitor.

  1. When you login to ServiceLive, the Dashboard page will open.
  2. Navigate to  inbox-button  link:
    • Click on  order-management-button  tab.
    • The  inbox-button  link automatically displays. All Service Orders are visible from  inbox-button  link.
    • Indicates the number of open Service Orders for your Provider Firm on  inbox-button  link.
