Manage Accounts Tab

This lesson explains how you can view and manage your account. When you edit your account, the system will delete current account and you must create a new account. Payment from Buyers will go directly to your ServiceLive Wallet. ServiceLive Wallet withdrawals will be processed to the bank account you enter on this tab.

  1. Navigate to   manage-account-button  tab:
    1. Click on  wallet-button  tab.

    2. Click on  manage-account-button  tab.

  2. You will need to complete all information in Bank Account – Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) section.
    Note:  You must also complete the Financial Profile tab before any funds may be withdrawn. Refer to Financial Profile lesson in ServiceLive Wallet course for details.

    1. Type required information in boxes.
    2. Click on drop down arrows to display and select choices.
      Note:  Please use the routing and account numbers from an actual check, as many banks use different numbers on deposit slips.
    3. Click on  save-information-button  button.

  3. If you completed all required fields, you will have  dark-green-check  icon displayed on Manage Accounts tab AND Manage Funds tab indicating successful tab completion.
  4. If you have one or multiple data errors, you will have  dark-red-circle  icon displayed on Manage Accounts tab and the errors display in red. You will need to go back and make the necessary changes and click on  save-information-button button.

  5. If you need to edit your account, click on  edit-entry-button  button. This will delete all account information and you will need to create a new account.
