SPN Monitor Overview

The Administrator Office Extended – SPN Monitor course includes six lessons.  It is recommended that you follow the order of the lessons as listed, but you can also use any of these lessons as a reference if you have questions as you are working in the SPN.  When working with the SPN Monitor, you must create your SPN Network and Campaign in the following order: 1. Create Network, 2. Create Campaign, 3. Routing Priorities (if applicable), 4. Campaign Monitor, 5. Member Manager, 6. SPN Monitor.

  • SPN Buyer Overview
    • This lesson provides the recommended outline for Administrator Office Extended – SPN Monitor course completion and Network/Campaign creation.
  • Create Network Tab
    • This lesson explains how to create a Select Provider Network (SPN).
    • SPN allows Buyers to designate specific requirements and only dispatch Service Orders to those Provider Firms who meet the specific criteria.
    • It also enables a convenient communication channel directly to the Provider Firms for urgent updates concerning services.
    • Buyers have the ability to create multiple SPN’s based on specific service offerings.
    • Each SPN will provide the Buyer with a more controlled solution and create a better customer experience.
  • Create Campaign Tab
    • This lesson explains how to create a Campaign for a SPN.
    • You can create campaigns based on a set of criteria, a saved campaign or by Provider Firms.
    • Creating campaigns triggers SPN invitations that Firms will receive if they meet all or part of the criteria required by the network.
  • Routing Priorities Tab
    • This Iesson explains how to set routing priorities to a SPN.
    • Routing Priorities tab allows Buyer to first route Service Orders to highest-ranking Firms or Service Providers based on criteria you set.
    • For each tier of routing you will be able to select the number of Firms or Service Pros that you route a Service Order to and the amount of time they will have to respond before you route the Service Order to another tier of Firms or Service Pros.
  • Campaign Monitor Tab
    • This lesson provides a high-level explanation of the Campaign Monitor Tab.
    • All campaigns (pending, active and inactive) can be managed, edited and monitored from this tab.
  • Member Manager Tab
    • This lesson explains how to review and manage the status of all your Select Provider Network (SPN) Providers and Firms.
    • From Member Manager Tab, Buyers have ability to document problems or take action on the specific Firms and/or Service Pros membership.
  • SPN Monitor Tab
    • This lesson explains how to review and monitor the status of all Select Provider Networks (SPN) and corresponding campaigns
    • The SPN Monitor is the feature of the Select Provider Network that allows the Buyer to create the network(s), manage the network’s staffing levels.
    • This feature also allows the Buyer to create the Network (s) and monitor the staffing levels of each network.
    • In addition, the monitor allows the Buyer to Create Campaigns in order to invite Providers to join the networks.
    • The Campaign Monitor allows the Buyer to monitor the activity and expiration of each of the campaigns.
    • The SPN Monitor also allows the Provider Firm to view SPN application and membership status.
