First, you can create a Service Order from scratch.  In order to do this, you would work through the Scope of Work tab, Additional Info tab, Parts tab, Providers tab, Pricing tab and Review tab entering all appropriate information needed for Service Order. After initially creating a Service Order from scratch, you can either Post the Service Order or save it in Drafts to use as a Template. Second, you can Create a Service Order by copying/editing from a Service Order you have saved as a Template in Drafts tab. Third, you can Create a Service Order by SKU. Both the Create a Service Order by Copying/Editing lesson and Create a Service Order by SKU lesson will refer occasionally refer you to any of the six original Create a Service Order lessons (i.e  Scope of Work tab, Additional Info tab, etc.) for more information while editing.
