Overview Tab

This lesson explains how to review status of your recent (last 25) ServiceLive Wallet activities in last 30 days. Items such as Transaction #, Date/Time, Type of Transaction, Service Order #, Status, and Balance display.

  1. Navigate to    tab:
    • Click on    tab from Dashboard.
    • Click on    tab if Overview does not automatically display.
    • Overview tab displays.
  2. Once you have activity in your ServiceLive Wallet, the following details of the last 25 activities in last 30 days will display:
    • ID # = Transaction ID.
    • Date/Time = Date and time transaction occurred.
    • Description = Description of transaction (i.e. auto funding, Service Order Completion, etc.).
    • Service Order # = Number associated with the specific Service Order.
    • Status = Status of transaction.
      • Pending = Money in process of transferring.
      • Completed = Transaction successful.
      • Failed = Transaction not successful.
    • Amount = Dollar amount of transaction.
    • Balance = Dollar amount left in ServiceLive Wallet.
